We have made every effort that the website is free from viruses.

Postage & Packaging

Pickleberry Papercrafts uses Royal Mail, with deliveries normally arriving within 3-4 days. The standard delivery charge is £2.95

Orders over £25 are delivered free. If you live in the area, you also have an option to pick-up your order from our shop.

If you only need one magazine, choose this £1.50 P&P at checkout  

Payment

All orders must be paid for prior to delivery - payments can be made using most major credit cards on-line or by telephone.

Cancellation of Order

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy) Our terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights.

Accuracy of Content

Pickleberry Papercrafts have taken every care on the preparation of the content of this website to ensure that all prices, description and products displayed, are correct at the time of publishing. Every product photo has been carefully chosen to show as true accuracy of the colour as possible, but colour can vary slightly depending on the monitor used to view the item.

We always honour the manufacturers guarantee period where offered.

Availability

All items shown are subject to availability. We will contact you as soon as possible if the items you’ve ordered are not available, by email.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, should you wish to return anything bought from Pickleberry Papercrafts, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase, providing you return your purchase within 7 days of receipt and in the original undamaged packaging.

PLEASE NOTE

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once we have received the item. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect or faulty goods.

All items are checked before dispatch.
